Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu. Đặt quả dâu lên thớt, cắt ngang để bỏ đi phần cuống.
Sau đó cắt ngang phần đáy quả dâu để nó có thể đứng thẳng và chứa được thạch bên trong.
Dùng muỗng để múc bỏ phần ruột của quả dâu. Làm tương tự với các quả dâu còn lại và đặt chúng lên trên một cái khay có lót giấy nến.
Trộn bột rau câu với 50ml nước sôi và khuấy đều 2 phút để bột tan hoàn toàn. Tiếp theo đổ các loại rượu vào hỗn hợp bột rau câu.
Đổ hỗn hợp rượu – bột rau câu vào lòng của từng quả dâu. Đổ thật đầy vì thạch sẽ co lại sau vài giờ. Cho dâu vào tủ lạnh 4 giờ.
Rắc ít đường vào đĩa. Sau đó, nạo ít vỏ chanh vào đĩa đựng đường. Cắt những lát chanh nhỏ để trang trí.
Dùng một lát chanh để chà xát xung quanh miệng của quả dâu. Chấm miệng quả dâu lên trên đĩa đường, vỏ chanh sau đó xếp quả dâu lên đĩa và gài miếng chanh lên để trang trí.
Vậy là đã hoàn thành món rau câu dâu tây thơm ngon mát lịm cho gia đình thưởng thức nhé!
