Great for Car Buyers and Collectors of Mustangs
This is a very helpful book on mustangs. I am looking to buy an old mustang in the future and my dad and I came across this book when searching for books on mustangs. This is really easy to read and learn about each year model mustang from 1964 1/2 to today's mustangs. This helps a buyer in looking at getting an original mustang with its original parts and colors. This will help me also negotiate pricing on older mustangs because it gives you the base price that the mustang was sold for in that year. This also helps when decoding the car's vin number plate located on the driver side door. If you are a collector of Mustang items this would be a great addition to any collection. The part that really fascinated me was the section about the Shelby Mustang and learning about the creator himself.
My husband loves this book!
As usual, I struggled to come up with a Christmas gift for my husband. Thank goodness my brain finally kicked in a few days before Christmas when I thought of his much beloved Mustang. First place I went was Amazon and found the Complete Book of Ford Mustangs. My husband calls the book "eye candy" and he couldn't be happier with his gift. FYI, the shipping was fast as it arrived in three days.
The Complete Book of Ford Mustang
Very nice book, It is a large hard back book that will look great sitting out on a coffee table. The book is wrote very well and had a lot more information in it than I expected. All of the pictures are very nice and high quality. The copy I got covered the model years through 2016 so check the copyright date before you order if you want the later years (this is in regards to the reviewers who complained that the book only covered till early 2010's). My copy states in the upper right corner "Updated Version". If the author would show the current revision better it would clear up this confusion.
Great book! When my daughter and I were shopping ...
I bought this book for my daughter to go along with her 2015 Mustang. Great book! When my daughter and I were shopping for her car we ran across a Bullitt that was blue. I didn't believe the salesman that it was a real Bullitt - I thought that they were all green. I looked it up in the book and it showed that they came in black, blue and green.
Great collection of Mustang information
My husband does not like to read, but loves Mustangs. We have a '65 and that is his baby. I got this for him and have actually seen him READING it.
It was a fantastic HIT!
I never know what to get my brother for Xmas. He is a muscle car fanatic and owns a Mustang. When my brother opened his gift, --my brother, his adult son and future son-in-law all hovered around to look at the book. They all own Mustangs. I don't believe they put the book down until dinner was announced.
Not So "Complete"
Complete is way off & the wrong word to use for the title of the book sadly.. they breakdown the 2013 Boss 302 but barely a mention of the 2013/14 SHELBY GT500.. the BIGGEST V8 Ford has & will ever make for a Mustang..
The perfect guide to knowing more about Mustangs
This book is well-written with Mustangs from the very beginning up to the latest release. Each Mustang in this book has a unique history along with all the specifications and release dates!

THE FORD MUSTANG IS THE BEST
I own a 2018 Ford Mustang Convertible and it is my pride & joy! Ever since 1964 Mustang has always been one of my favorite cars! Ford, has for the most part kept the same basic look & style to the Mustang and is the reason it is still so popular today!
