Món bánh khúc bạch chủ yếu biến tấu từ panna cotta, là món tráng miệng rất nổi tiếng của người Ý. Hôm nay RabbitCooking sẽ hướng dẫn làm bánh khúc bạch với 3 màu cơ bản, màu xanh vị trà xanh, màu nâu vị cà phê và màu trắng nguyên thủy vị hạnh nhân nhé!
Cho lá gelatin ngâm vào nước lạnh (không ngâm vào nước nóng nhé) cho mềm đi rồi vắt khô.
Cho vào mỗi chén 1 muỗng cà phê trà xanh, 1 muỗng cà phê bột cà phê, đong 1 muỗng canh nước sôi vào, dùng cọ hoặc muõng khuấy cho tan hết bột.
Cho kem sữa tươi và sữa vào nồi, đun vừa sôi thì tắt bếp, cho lá gelatin vào, khuấy đều tay cho tan hết gelatine.
Chia hỗn hợp thành ba phần, trộn vị trà xanh vào 1 tô, cà phê vào 1 tô và vị hạnh nhân vào tô còn lại, đổ vào hộp, để nguội rồi cho vào tủ lạnh làm lạnh ít nhất 4 tiếng hoặc qua đêm.
Hôm sau lấy khúc bạch ra, cắt thành viên nhỏ, lăn qua 1 lớp vụn dừa nạo sấy, xếp thành viên lên đĩa và thưởng thức nhé!
