Cho kem whipping ra tô, đánh bông lên. Trong tô khác, để kem phô mai mềm rồi trộn đều với 60ml siro cam.
Ngâm nở lá gelatin. Sau đó, đun cách thủy cho gelatin tan chảy hoàn toàn rồi trộn đều với hỗn hợp kem phô mai ở trên. Tiếp đến là thêm whipping cream đã đánh bông vào và cũng trộn đều. Các bạn chia hỗn hợp kem đã đánh ở trên vào cốc (hoặc khuôn) rồi để vào tủ lạnh cho đông lại.
Khi nào muốn ăn, các bạn đánh nốt phần whipping cream còn lại với đường rồi múc một muỗng để lên trên mousse nhé! Trang trí với kem, bánh quế, hạt dẻ cười và siro chocolate không chỉ giúp món ăn thêm đẹp mắt, sinh động mà càng làm tăng thêm hương vị.
